Baby Shower Packages
Guest Count
Our team of skilled planners will work with you to create a personalized seating chart for your guests. We can handle everything from providing up-date seating, chair covers, or specialized chairs for your guests.
Table Settings and Rental Items
We will provide you the best table linens for your event, whether it is from polyester, satin, or velvet for a more intimate, upscale look. We off all colors, sizes, and fabrics of table linens. Besides the tablecloths, we also offer linen napkins for the perfect table setting.
The table settings also include charger plates for decorative purposes. We offer different colors, styles, and textures of charger plates. The centerpieces are customized to fit your design and/or color scheme for your baby shower. We offer customized pieces as well; this is offered with our 'Plush and Platinum' package.
Drapery
This is an option for all packages. This last two packages offer a little more drapery than the first one, but every package come with this option. We have many colors, styles, and designs that we can create.
Loveseat/Couch/Throne Chair Rental
This is an option for the 'Plush and Platinum' packages. The client will have to decide which one of the items they would like for their focal picture area. The loveseat can accommodate two people, the couch can accommodate 3-4 people, and throne chair rental is for two chairs for the parents; either item is set-up in the focal picture area with the drapery and large photos.
Customized 7ft Photos
This is an option for the 'Plush and Platinum' packages. This photo is usually customized maternity photos. The client would provide me copies of the photo by email; I will send the photos for print as a 2ftx7ft. This photo is added to a photo board, and it is utilized within the baby shower as part of the focal picture area for family photos.
Balloon Garlands
Each Package comes with balloons. You get to pick three colors for the balloon garlands. If you have an accent color such as gold, silver, or rose gold; this is not included with your three colors of choice. Balloons make the best statement for any event.
Customized Cookies and Treats
Each Package comes with customized cookies and treats. The customized cookies are from Batter Up Bakery in Huntsville, Alabama. I have various vendors that I use to prepare treats. The choice of treats includes, chocolate covered strawberries, pretzel rods, or bowtie pretzels. We also offer candy or chocolate apples, chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate covered Rice Krispie treats, cheesecake shooters, oreo shooters, and banana pudding shooters. Cupcakes is also an option. Each package tells you how many treats you can order, and the numbers are based by the dozen only.
Customized Backdrop
This is an option that everyone may not want. If you are not interested in a customized backdrop, it can be substituted for an additional balloon garland. There are no price adjustments for the packages, but you can substitute items out within the package.
